ChatterPoll is operated by ConferED LLC.
Supabase is used for creator authentication and the application database. ChatterPoll stores account data such as your email address, name, company information, plan details, and trial dates when you create an account.
When people respond to a poll, we may collect poll response data such as selected option, reason, comment, participant name or email if requested, and basic technical metadata used to protect the service from abuse.
Payment information is handled by Stripe. ChatterPoll does not store raw card details, but it may store billing metadata such as Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, checkout session IDs, and payment status records.
Transactional email is handled by Resend when configured, such as contact inquiry confirmations, account-related notices, or operational notifications.
Analytics may be added later. If analytics are enabled in production, the data collected and providers used should be listed here before launch.
